What you give us on the application or referral form: your name, age, email address, main handle, stated aesthetic, earnings range and the notes you write. Our server also records your IP address briefly, to stop the forms being flooded. We measure page views in aggregate with no cookies and no identifiers, so nothing there points back at a person. We run no advertising trackers, and we sell or share nothing with data brokers.

To read your application, to reply to you, and, if we end up working together, to run the things you've asked us to run. Nothing else.

The people at DEADGIRL who need to. Every person on your team signs a non-disclosure agreement before they access any creator file. Your legal identity is kept out of operational systems wherever it is not strictly required.

Two companies handle your submission on our behalf. Vercel hosts this site and runs the code that receives the form. Discord is where the completed application is delivered to us and where it sits until we act on it. Both are based in the United States, so submitting the form sends your information outside the UK and the EEA. We use no other processor, and neither of them is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Applications we decline are deleted within 12 months. If you join the roster, we keep what we need for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards required by tax and accounting law.

You send us an application because you want to be considered, so we handle it on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Keeping the forms usable and free of spam is our own legitimate interest. We ask for nothing on the basis of consent, so there is no consent to withdraw.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it, not argue about it. If we handle it badly you can complain to your data protection regulator, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.

This site and everything we do is strictly 18+. We verify age before any working relationship begins, without exception.
